Coloring Eggs

We helped the kids color and decorate their eggs this afternoon....we colored the table, we colored fingers....we colored clothes...we colored lips...we colored napkins......all very beautiful!

Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny made a visit to our house this morning. The kids had a great time opening their eggs about 1 second after the hunt ended. Don't forget the reason for Easter...not the Easter eggs or the Easter bunny....Jesus!

Surprise visit from Kansas Cousins

Saturday evening Lee, Carrie, and Scott stopped by on their way from the beaches of South TX to KS. We grilled out and sat by the fire (even roasted some marshmallows). It was AWESOME to see them and we had a very relaxing visit!

Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday morning the whole family went to an Easter Egg hunt. The kids enjoyed it and got lots of eggs.
Kade liked chewing on the eggs.

Sage's Birthday

On Sage's Birthday we had cupcakes and fun. And, Sage opened lots of presents. It was fun watching Sage. Sage was excited about all of her presents. Drake and Mason.

Camping trip for Sage Layne

The "Sage Layne" will turn 4 years old this Tuesday, March 18th. We asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday and she said "I want to go camping with my family". So, we went camping this weekend at Lake Lewisville; 10 minutes down the road. We had a great time, she opened a few presents (new sunglasses from Mason, new coloring book from all), played on her scooter (with her brothers), roasted marshmallows, and set by the fire to warm up in the morning! We had a great time! Love Sage

7 INCHES of snow!

I am a little late with these pictures. But, On Mar. 6th we had 7 inches...yes...7 inches of snow here in Denton. This was the most snow that Hayley and I have ever seen here in TX since we moved here in 1997. WOW! The kids had a ball! PS: Kade is "almost" ready to walk on his own!
