Kade and Birthday Cake

Finally to finish off our final "event" of the weekend we had cake to celebrate Kade's B-day! It got just a little messy! In the words of Kade as he seen his cake and chocolate frosting....."I want some of that!".

......then after the presents were all opened we headed to Church to celebrate the Resurrection of our lord! What a wonderful day for us all! Don't forget the Easter Bunny and Colored Eggs are NOT the "reason for the season".

Happy B-Day KO; number 2!

We woke up on Easter Morning and not only had the Easter Bunny visited the house, but there were plenty of presents for Kade to open. He had a great time unwrapping the presents and said "thank-you!" to everyone that had got him a card or present.

Easter Egg Hunt and Party

Some friends of ours invited us and many other families (25 plus kids!) to their home on Saturday; they live on a 5 acres ranch in Argyle. We spend the entire day and evening hanging out, hunting Easter eggs, playing pool, playing whiffle ball, etc. Needless to say by the end of the night we all were ready for bed.

We started our three day weekend by going to the Zoo to celebrate Kade's 2nd Birthday; he turned two on Easter Sunday! The weekend then progressed from there.......here are a few posts to update you all.
